Expert Witness
We have been instructed to provide expert witness testimony as:
- Expert Witness
- Single Joint Expert
- Expert Adjudicator
- Expert Determiner
Although usually instructed by a lawyer acting on behalf of a company in litigation, we are able to work directly to a firm before a case formally arises.
Our testimony is often given in formal reports, which we are able to back up in court with experience of being cross examined.
Arbitrator
We provide the services of an experienced commercial arbitrator who is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Sometimes appointed by companies before major programmes of work are undertaken, arbitrators are often nominated through the following competent bodies:
- The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
- The British Computer Society
- The London Court of International Arbitration
- The International Chamber of Commerce
